You can enjoy an open outlook across fields with the full amenities of a holiday centre within walking distance. All of the cottages have been converted and equipped to a very high standard.
Part of the high quality steading conversion, this is the smallest of the cottages with entrance into a Lobby separating two areas of the property with three steps.
The first level accommodates a family Shower room with WC, 1 Single and 1 Double Bedroom both with fitted wardrobes and cable television.
There is additional storage space in the Hall area on this level.
Down three small steps you can relax in the comfortable Lounge/Diner/Kitchen with Utility room and second Shower room off. The fully fitted Kitchen has a gas oven/hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a small patio area at the entrance to this cottage.
Auchenlarie Holiday Park gives access to the beach and shore and has a heated indoor swimming pool with children"s area, a fully equipped gym with multi sports courts plus a sauna and solarium. In addition there are licensed bars, on-park shopping, a choice of snacks and restaurant meals, resident entertainers and cabaret plus much more.
The cottage has full gas fired central heating.
The courtyard has an "unloading only" area by each cottage, and a communal parking area to the rear of the courtyard.
There is a separate car park to the rear of the property along with communal garden space with barbecue and patio furniture for Cottages 5.
Smoking is not permitted in the cottage.
